Rabbi Chaim Cowen went to Yeshivah College in Melbourne before pursuing Rabbinical studies in a variety of overseas locations. In addition, he is a student of Viktor Frankl's school of psychology (Logotherapy) and holds a Master of Laws (JD) degree from Monash University. He is married with two children and currently serves as both Rabbi at the Elsternwick Jewish Community and teacher at Leibler Yavneh College.
